What is the payment term?
For first time customers, we accept orders based on T/T in advance or L/C at sight should the amount be greater than US$10,000 on ex-stock basis. For orders that require lead time, we need a 20%-30% down payment of the total value of order. Balance payment should be made upon delivery.

What currency do you accept?
We conduct our business in US dollars and EURO

What is the shipment terms?
All quotations made by us will be on ex-works Doesburg basis.

What is the validity of your quotation?
In general, prices quoted are valid for 14 days while stock last. However, this validity period is subjected to change without prior notice.

How long does it take to deliver?
When we receive your T/T, we will ship out within 3 working days in case we have stock.

What is our Quality Policy?
